Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Battleangelz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to offboard Angel Points to the ANGEL token or interact with any blockchain/crypto functionality.
• Pack purchases with real currency are not available in Belgium or the Netherlands due to local loot box regulations.

3. Angel Points

• Angel Points are an in-game reward earned through PvP gameplay, collection milestones, and card overlay bonuses.
• Angel Points cannot be purchased with real money.
• Angel Points have no monetary value within the Service.
• Angel Points may be spent on in-game packs or offboarded to ANGEL tokens.
• Angel Points are non-transferable between accounts.

4. ANGEL Token Offboarding

• Offboarding is a one-way, permanent action. Points are burned and cannot be recovered.
• ANGEL tokens have no guaranteed monetary value. Their price is determined by the open market.
• Battleangelz does not operate an exchange and does not buy back ANGEL tokens.
• You are solely responsible for any tax obligations related to holding or selling ANGEL tokens.
• There is no promise of return on investment. Do not treat ANGEL tokens as a financial product.

5. Pack Purchases & Loot Boxes

• Packs contain randomized digital card NFTs with disclosed drop rates.
• Drop rates are published on the Shop page and may be updated periodically.
• All pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Pack contents are determined by a random number generator at the time of opening.

6. NFTs & Digital Assets

• Cards are minted as NFTs on the Solana blockchain to your custodial or connected wallet.
• You own the NFT but Battleangelz retains rights to the underlying artwork and game mechanics.
• Battleangelz is not responsible for loss of NFTs due to wallet mismanagement, blockchain issues, or third-party service failures.

7. Account & Conduct

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Accounts found exploiting bugs, automating gameplay, or engaging in manipulation may be suspended or terminated.
• Battleangelz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any account or the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Battleangelz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of Angel Points, ANGEL tokens, or NFTs.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be announced in-game.
